Did my donation process?

Once you complete your donation, you will be brought to a 'Thank you!' screen. You will also receive a receipt for your gift via email. If you did not receive a receipt, please contact support at support@snap-raise.com and provide the following information:

  1. The name of the campaign you have donated to
  2. The participant you are supporting
  3. The dollar amount of your contribution

If you did not see a 'Thank you!' screen, or receive a receipt at the email address you provided, it is most likely that your donation was not processed.

If you are using a phone to donate, we recommend you reattempt your donation on a tablet or computer. Google Chrome is the best internet browser for our platform. We also suggest clearing the cookies on your browser before making a donation. Finally, it is important that the credit card information is entered in order from top to bottom and that you receive all green checkmarks verifying the correct format.
